The Building The recently built Montrose Square was completed in 2021 and boasts an incredible number of amenities including:
- Ground floor restaurants & cafes, medical clinics, boutique health and wellness salons, and food stores
- Immediate access to the newly - completed Port Coquitlam Community Centre and Terry Fox Square which hosts the Port Coquitlam Farmers Market through the Spring-Fall months

Renter Details
- The Monthly Rent is $1,550, inclusive of utilities (gas, water, heat), internet, storage, further bike and equipment storage, laundry, garbage/ recycling.
- A security deposit of Β½ month rent ($775) will be held in trust as security against damage to the rental unit
- Pets up to 65lbs (no exceptions, sorry) ARE allowed with an extra pet deposit of $750 used to cover any potential costs of repairing damage caused by a pet. Tenants will also be responsible for any applicable costs related to strata pet licensing
- Minimum 6 Month Agreement
Potential Applicants: Any individual seeking a tour will be required to complete a pre-screening over zoom/facetime or over the phone. A standard application form will be provided to successful candidates after a tour of the unit which includes the following information:

- 2 Landlord references (two most recent landlords) along with current rent and other pertinent information

About the roomies
Hi! My name is Taissia, I am a 29 year old female working in the financial district in Vancouver. I work from home 2 days a week from my bedroom and when I am not working I am either golfing, swimming biking or running. I recently completed my first half ironman this past May and already looking forward to the next race! I am a fairly easy going person, enjoy my craft beers, wine as well as making a great meal. Always enjoy some friendly banter but happy to keep to myself. Love to spend my time outdoors, lots of snowboarding in the winter with hiking/camping trips throughout the summer.
