You’ll be renting one of three bedrooms in a home shared with two quiet, respectful young professionals (one female, one male). We value a calm, tidy space.

The house has two full bathrooms (you’ll share the upstairs bathroom with one roommate), in-house laundry, and a small backyard with a fire pit, great for summer evenings. It’s a shared kitchen with all appliances: dishwasher, microwave, oven, and shared fridge space.

Located in the heart of Bowness, you’re within walking distance to coffee shops, a grocery store, restaurants, the Bow River, and beautiful walking paths.

Great transit access to the University of Calgary, Foothills Hospital, and the Children’s Hospital. Downtown is an easy bus ride or a 20-minute drive.
