Spacious master bedroom with attached walk in closet. Large south facing window for natural light, and furnished with a double bed , desk, and bookshelf. I’m renting one room out of the four in the townhouse. Shared kitchen with three clean, respectful, and quiet roommates. Two full bathrooms ( one upstairs, one downstairs), and in-house laundry and dryer. Also a small backyard with a fire pit.

Located in beautiful Bowness, walking distance from restaurants, Bow river, walking paths, and coffee shops. Easy access to mountains.

All three roommates are friendly and conscientious. Two guys and one girl, all students or young professionals. We share a kitchen, dinning area, and spacious living room.
