Private rooms available for rent in a 3 floor townhouse. Central location (Lachine). 10 minute drive from downtown Montreal, West-Island, Laval, South Shore, 5 minute drive to YUL Airport (Dorval). Also close to public transit routes. 1-3 other roommates will share 2 bathrooms (2 toilets, 2 sinks, 1 shower/bath tub), open kitchen and dining room/living room areas. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed and dresser at minimum (purple room will be changed to a regular bed with a dresser) and has has a locking door. You can change your room however you like. Electricity, Wi-Fi and bi-weekly house cleaning included. Master bedroom is $1000/mo.

I am a 45 year old male and I occupy the basement of the townhouse. I work from home, but I am quiet and respect other people’s space and privacy. I do not smoke or drink.
