Please note the following:

• Only super clean and quiet roommates will be accepted.
• The shared restroom will be cleaned twice a week by the house owner.
• There are security cameras in the living room and kitchen for your safety.
• No guests or overnight stays are allowed.
• Bills are shared between all roommates equally.

Room #1: House owner

• Male, 33 years old
• Software developer
• Works from home 3 days a week and at the office 2 days a week
• Very clean and quiet
• Has two master’s degrees

Rooms #2, #3, and #4: No roommates yet

Please note that if the first two roommates are male, we will only accept male roommates. If the first two roommates are female, we will only accept female roommates.

There will be a maximum of 4 roommates including yourself, but I don’t think we’ll have all rooms occupied throughout the year.
