Must be a clean person who would maintain the basement unit well. You must be a person who also loves dogs. Our property is close to the Oakville Hospital, Super Market, Public Transportation & all Amenities. House backs to a nice trail & natural setting. Near Upper Middle & 3rd line with easy access to bus service. SMOKING, VAPING WEED, OR DRUGS OF ANY KIND AREN’T ALLOWED IN OR NEAR THE PROPERTY VICINITY. We are looking for a decent individual who would mind their own business and be a great tenant. The utility bills must be shared. We will do credit checks and need references from the previous landlord and pay stubs.

We are a mid-age married couple with a son living with us. We both are working professionals, and our son is looking to join the workforce in January. We are a friendly couple who respect mother nature and love animals. We are involved in charity work helping underprivileged patients in developing countries. We are looking to find the right individual as a tenant who can also look after our “easy-to-care” little dog while we are on vacation. WE ARE AGAINST THE USAGE OF ANY DRUG USE.
