[Avalable for 4 months : november, december, january and febuary] This appartment is well placed in Montréal! Near a grocery store, a pharmacy, a metro station and many diverse restaurants. The appartment has a private backyard very quiet and spaceful. The rooms inside are intimate and tidy. There is everything you need to cook and store food in the kitchen (dishwasher included) and the bathroom has a big counter with a bath and a shower head. The rented room is in the back of the appartment, so very quiet and intimate as well. The pictures are slightly outdated, lots of nice changes were made recently to add more light.

I am the only other roomie and i am bilangual french/english. I am a very calm and respecful person. I have great communication skills so if there is any problems i am easy to talk with. I like to go out just a bit and rarely invite some friends over. I like to cook and listen to lofi music in the appartement. I am currently a college french professor
