Between Kipling and Browns Line, 200 meters away from the Lake Ontario. Near to public parks, beach, grocery stores and essentials, gyms, public library and several restaurants. Close to Humber College Lakeshore campus. • 5 minutes walk to TTC bus stop. Options to Kipling or Islington stations. Near to Long Branch GO train station (16 minutes by train to Union Station - Downtown). • First and last months are required.

I work 8 to 6. I’m pretty easygoing, clean and organized. I’d love to get along with my roommate and potentially be friends. I’m an active person and enjoy spending time outdoors but I am not used to go out all the time. Not a big partier but still enjoy socializing, going out for food/drinks, etc (yup! this is what people call adult life). I don’t have people coming over multiple times per week and want my roommates same. For me home is all about relaxing and it’s hard to do so when there’s a bunch of strangers coming over all the time. There a family living upstairs and I want to keep our friendly relationship and family oriented environment. That being said, I will not mind if your family/best friend/someone out of town will come stay with you for a while.
