I am looking for a sublet for my room this summer! 1 room in a 4 bedroom apartment. This room comes furnished with a desk, bed and has a closet. The apartment is animal friendly as there is already a cat and the previous tenant had a dog. You will share a bathroom and there is a furnished common living space with couches. The back parking lot backs onto Bricker Street and is about a 30 second walk to the science building at Laurier. The room has been kept very clean and is a great size for a student! Rent is 649/month and parking can be made available for an additional cost as well!

The current roommates are very kind and friendly! Quiet and keep to themselves.
