The fourplex is located in a family friendly neighborhood that is a 3 minute drive to UPEI, 7 minute drive to Holland, and close to several bus stops! $600 / month. Includes heat, lights, parking, washer and dryer. $530 is required as damage deposit. Must be student and/or employed, preferably around my age, and willing to cooperate with cleaning, household expenses, etc. Must be quiet and respectful of neighbors.
