Full private bathroom beside the bedroom. There is shared laundry and the option to use a shared living room (currently only used as a kids playroom on weekends). Lots of driveway parking. Large backyard and deck for summer months. Wifi and all utilities included.

About the roomies

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children. Wife and children are out of the house from 7:30-5:00 Monday thru Friday. Husband works from home. Children go to bed by 7:30pm every night.
