Riverside Drive

The house is located on the beautiful Seymour river. Think nice cabin in the woods. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood shared by lots of wildlife. Two floors, nice outside property overlooking the forest and river. I have a great little tiki bar in the summer and lots of areas where you can enjoy nature. I took the exterior pictures just a short while ago so the outsude looks very different from summer. This winter the rain and snow did its usual thing and put everything to sleep but trust me, in the summer bring it all back to life with lots of colorful plants and great places to lounge. Very close to all the trails. The room I’m renting has a large bed and desk, big windows, and closet space. Bathroom and kitchen are shared and a living room downstairs has big tv.

I am a semi retired senior and go hiking in the “jungle” almost every day. I am now a full time artist, painter, carver, sculptor, jewellery maker and writer and spend most of my time creating things. I also love to cook. I’m easy going and happy. If you are also an artist of some kind that would be great, I have a lifetime of experience. The room is available since my tenant has found a girlfriend and they are moving in together :)
