Anita's room

It’s a 3br house but one bedroom is small so there is a twin in there and my cats litter, however I have no real attachment to this room so if you wanted to use some of the space in there I wouldn’t care and we could forsure work something out as I do store the off things in there. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs, the cats are fully trained and full of love. My dogs are mostly trained, I have one big, one small, the bigger breed is barely 6 months and the little one is nearly 2 years, so they’re still pretty young! Im a pretty tidy person so every Sunday is cleaning day, I try to maintain during the week but sometimes I cannot be bothered.

Transit friendly, one bus from braid, poco and coq station. Street parking available

You would live here with myself and animals. I’m pretty quiet, I work 9 hours a day then get home, tidy, shower, eat and play games before bed. I have like 2-3 friends that will come over semi consistently. Super 420 friendly, just not in the house but there is a back deck and seating in the front yard. I work super close to home so you don’t have to worry about to dogs during the day if no one is around to let them out, coming home for lunch is always an option for me. Internet and utilities are not included, we are on equal payments for hydro and fortis is never too bad; it’s about to get a lot cheaper with spring around the corner. No photos available at the moment but the one room is about 9x12 or something and the smol room is basically a closet so it’s better for a PC or storage or whatever, which is why I’m willing to share the space.

I am not, not kid friendly :p I do smoke so I would need a heads up to make sure it is kid friendly! Not sure I am ready to live with a child full time however visits or split custody arrangements I don’t mind.
