ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: In the heart of little Portugal! A walking distance to the Trinity Bellwoods, smack in the middle of college & queen intersections; everything social is within a 5- 20min reach.

Basement is quite warm especially in the bedrooms as it’s centrally heated and I’ve got an extra heater & fireplace for the public area.

Your room will be unfurnished so you’ve got quite the creative freedom. I mean you can’t do cartwheels in there but it’s rather spacious :)

The living room & open kitchen concept will be partially furnished as well, giving us the creative option to mix and match our styles. Gotta love that x

Parking is cheap.com along the street.

Hydropower is inclusive in rent. Internet is $56.50, split between us so $950 monthly really. Hope that helps

It’s quite a quaint, aesthetically pleasing space so hopeful for someone who thrives best in the natural ease in open communication about house holdings & impulsively cleans up after themselves is best fitting

The shared spaces are adorable so very easy to maintain even if you’re not the most organized of persons but unfortunately wouldn’t with someone who smokes indoors; it’s small so potent scents travel & linger. That being said females are preferred except you’re a guy who notoriously smells like flowers or something subtle 🤭

Landlady is quite sweet and approachable as the house is generationally sentimental

When I’m not shaking cocktails at work on the weekends or mingling with mates, I’m developing music compositions or hibernating in my room; I’m reserved but rather personable so feel free to yank me out to join you for a meal, a walk, hug, to watch telly (I’ll never say no to the real housewives or something raunchy, ufc or nba) or chit fckin chat… I’ll defo hang.
