For students only We are a senior couple who owns a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with a small backyard condo in the east end of Ottawa. We are close to all transportation and within walking distance to all amenities. The rental of room includes all utilities and internet. It is a great location to meet all your needs. This is a quiet location and our condo backs a beautiful parkway (Aviation Parkway). If you like to bike and walk,this is a great parkway for that type of activity.

We are a young senior couple. We do not live at the condo so the occupant will be having the condo to themselves 85% of the time. We live at our primary residence in the country which is an 25 min. away from the city. We would use the condo for overnight stays when we have appointments or activities to do in the city. Although, we are not renting the whole condo but a room, tenant must respect to keep the common areas clean and tidy at all times. We are looking for a tenant who is responsible, clean and a non partier. If you are someone who enjoys their own independence and privacy this is a place for you. Pictures of the condo will be offered upon request. Although we mention that start date is 1 Feb, the room is available now.
