This is a condo right off whyte avenue it’s 10 minutes away from university of Alberta by the bud , close to many restaurants and grocery stores, many parks are close to it too , no parties or drinks are allowed in the house , no smoking too , and no pets also, it’s always good to have a clean place so daily cleaning is important, feel comfortable to call me for any inquiries or a tour .
