Unit is a bright, spacious 2nd floor apartment here in Kensington. In suite laundry, dishwasher, full kitchen, full bathroom (shared). Multiple grocery options and TTC lines nearby. Numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and bars in the neighborhood. No parking unfortunately and firm no pets, my work space is generally not safe for them to be around.

I’m a 32 y/o male independent artist. I mostly work from home, part of the living room is my work space as I finish my first feature. Looking for someone to share the apartment with who will respect the space, the furniture, and otherwise kick back in this great neighborhood.
