Smaller furnished bedroom upstairs with private bathroom across the hall. There is a second bedroom (currently a spare guest room) that could be added as your private extra living/office space upon negotiation.
In Maple Crest, close to Tamarack Walmart, Superstore and many other amenities off 17 Street and Whitemud Drive, in southeast Edmonton. Nearby bus stop and Meadows transit station. Many beautiful natural walking paths and marsh in neighbourhood.
