Hi, this is a SUBLET For the summer from May 1st, 2023 to August 31st, 2023. I have to go away for some time. The sublet is for 4 months of summer. It is a private room with a locking door and a separate entrance from the house. There is a bathroom that is usually shared but you will have mainly to yourself for the 4 months. it is furnished. All the furniture seen in the photos will still be there. The utilities are not included and generally are about 50 to 80 dollars.
About the roomies
This a Co-ed house other roommates are not yet confirmed for the summer. Most of the current roommates are very respectful. For the most part you will be alone in the summer as everyone else will be gone
