Susan's room

Looking for a roommate for my apartment (haven’t moved in yet) Strathcona/U of A area. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom, with shared living space and kitchen, as well as in suite laundry and storage. Building also has a fitness centre. Rent does not include heat or internet. Underground parking is available for additional fee. I also have two rabbits who are kept in the living room, because of this unfortunately no other pets!

You would just have myself and my rabbits as a roommate! I am fairly quiet and I enjoy being active and creative. I enjoy baking and I’m currently working a couple jobs and transitioning careers. I don’t smoke or party but I’m ok with guests in the apartment. I’m not too picky with roommates, female preferred, non smoking, and just generally respectful!
