I am looking for a roommate, not just renting a room. I am looking for a quiet, clean, responsible, employed adult who MUST be an animal lover by heart, but hopefully does not have animals of their own. I have a second room available in a decent size main floor of a duplex, with a big backyard, located centrally with plenty of street parking, WiFi, security, laundry and plenty of storage included. The asking price is less than half the household bills; for rent, hydro, security and internet. This will be a month to month agreement. An application will need to be filled out, if there is interest. A roommate agreement will be required upon acceptance. If you’re unhappy with the colour of the room, you’re welcome to change it.

I am recently single and struggling to pay the bills on my own. I am a quiet, mature, responsible adult. I am a homebody by nature. I enjoy reading, watching TV and movies or doing some gaming.
I do own 2 big dogs and 3 cats, so I am looking for someone who loves animals but cannot have them where they currently are.
