Pranav's room

House is located on a quiet street. 3 minutes drive to groceries, gym, movies, restaurants, etc. Couple minutes walk to bus stop (88, 62, 67, 162, 667, 668). House is smoke free. There are three rooms and three bathrooms in the house. Kitchen is shared and one bathroom is shared between two roommates. Rent includes all utilities (heat, hydro, water and internet). Room can be provided empty or furnished. Long term (6 months +) renting preferred.

There are two roommates living on the property. We are looking for a third roommate. Ideal match is a sane, clean, non smoker student or professional.
