Home is smoke free and located on a quiet street. Groceries, gym, movies, restaurants, and other amenities are all within a 3-minute drive. A few minutes’ walk to the bus stops (88, 62, 67, 162, 667, 668). The home has four rooms, three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and a pretty big backyard. Rent includes all utilities (heating, hydro, water, and internet).

Myself and 1 other roommate lives on the main floor and one roommate lives in the basement. I am quiet and usually busy with my work and side hustles.
