Large bedroom for rent in a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment.

About the apartment: This apartment is in a secure low-rise condo building and has a large bedroom, living room, and balcony with lots of natural light! Kitchen has lots of cupboards and storage space, and a new stove. Apartment has a small storage room. While the common areas are mostly furnished, I am happy to make room for any of your belongings that you would like to bring! Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished.

Utilities: Water and hydro are included in rent. Phone operated pay per use washer and dryer in building. Wifi is extra ($20.00 per month) and tenant insurance is extra ($11.50 per month). There is free street parking during the summer & fall however, no parking in the winter.

About you: I’m looking for a roommate who is LGBTQ+ friendly and preferably vegan or vegetarian (however, this is not necessary). Unfortunately, I am not looking to rent to more than 1 person.
