Hi. We are looking for a roommate to join us in our duplex starting asap. This is for one person only.

You would be sharing the house with three men. We are looking for someone who shares our values and will help keep the place clean and quiet. You would have your own washroom. Kitchen and laundry are shared.

No parties. No smoking inside.

The property is about a 15 minute walk from OK college, pandosy Plaza, and the lake. Ideal for a student.

No pets, as we have a well behaved cat residing with us.
