We are renting a bright and spacious bedroom with a massive floor to ceiling window.
This house is in a new development, and backs onto a ravine with no neighbours in the back. You would share the bathroom with only two roommates. All roommates are working professionals who are neat and respectful.
This room will be furnished with a double mattress. All utilities are included in price, including fast speed fiber-optic WiFi. We also have a cleaner that comes in as needed as needed - at no extra cost. The house is fully furnished including new stainless-steel appliances: a gas stove, washer/dryer combo, dishwasher and microwave.
There is a sofa set, TV, and a breakfast table. Parking on driveway is included, as well well as available street parking for guests.
Closest intersection is Bronte (Highway 25) and Britannia, in Milton. Close to Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and Georgetown.
