This is a roommate search. Roommate will sign a lease agreement with the leaseholder and pay rent to the leaseholder.

Washer and dryer in unit. Separate AC/Heat controls for your bedroom. The building has 24 hour concierge and security services. Parking is not included but spots are available for rent in the building and usually go for about $150 per month. The bedroom is furnished.
