Rue Bouchette

Hi. I am moving to Toronto and I’m looking for a female to take my room which is available from April 1. The place is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located very near to Plaza cote-des-Neiges. The Plaza has many outlets for shopping such as Canadian Tyre, Walmart, Ardene, Dollarama, Grocery stores, Salon, cinemas etc. There are numerous bus stops near the apartment and the closest metro (Plamondon) is a 10min walk. The neighborhood is mixed with families, students, and young professionals. The room is $675cad(Water and heating included). It is a large bedroom with a closet and big windows where plenty of sunlight comes through. The room is big enough to have a queen bed, computer desk and some space to spare(The furniture in the photos are not included in rent). There is a laundromat in the building (which can be used by recharge basis). Please message if interested!!
