I am a clean dish freak and unfortunately there is no dishwasher so you must have decent standards (hot water + soap?!) =)

Bathroom will be shared - usually vacuumed every day or so, deep clean every two weeks. (I only use it for showers as I have a half bathroom, so the bathroom will pretty much be yours!)

Ladies - please have/buy a hair trap to not clog the shower drain. Gentlemen - must know or be willing to learn the secret technique of peeing while seated.

420 friendly, spliffs ok and occasional cigs too, absolutely no pack a day people (plus all outside obviously).

Last, but not least: I’ve had over 30 roommates in life in 4 different countries. This ain’t my first, third, or sixth rodeo! This is my house, and I only intend on having one roommate. I don’t mind friends over, but if you’re one of those with a partner/boyfriend/girlfriend who’s coming over every Friday and leaving Sunday, not for you.

Me - accountant, musician and DJ by hobby, also studying programming for a career change! I speak Spanish, Portuguese, and English. I hike a lot, do martial arts and other sports, so am almost always out of the house.

Leeloo - big ass maine coon, loveliest kitty in the world. Will follow you like a dog!

Tidus - naughty ragdoll who owns the place. He is a nice guy, but no foolish hand-playing or he will smack you!
