Springbank park area, three storey walkup, walking distance from grocery store, multiple bus routes around, parking is available but I think it’s about $20 a month (outdoor parking), parks close by.

The bedroom that I am renting has my dresser and mirror in it so you will have plenty room for clothing to be stored (you are welcome to use it). There is also a average sized closet. You will need a bed and any other furnishings you would like in your room. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, I used to work at a furniture store. The sofa is peeling but otherwise everything else is in very good condition. I have a drop freezer and bar fridge in the kitchen you are welcome to use.

Shared bathroom with under sink storage and storage closet. Average sized tub with shower head.

There is a small storage room but that were I keep my cats litter box and it is already pretty full.

I am a full-time PSW here in London. I work evenings and have a pretty set routine and quite lifestyle. Looking for a roommate from March 1st to August 31st 2023. Willing to do a lease take over if you would like to stay here after I move out (I want to move in with my boyfriend and his kid in August 2023).

I have a two and a half year old dog. She is very energetic and weighs about 65lbs, she is very harmless but does like to jump up on people when they first enter the apartment. We are working on it, otherwise she is super sweet and housebroken.

I do have a senior cat as well, she keeps to herself because she hides from the dog all the time under my bed.

It’s a two bedroom apartment with shared bathroom. I don’t mind if you have pets as well, just please clean up after them.

I keep the apartment very clean and try to clean a bit each day and would expect you to do so as well. Rent is due on the first, and I would prefer a roommate that will be on the lease. I want to move out this summer so you would either need to move out in the summer or take over the lease.

Internet is $90 a month which we will split equally, and electricity varies but is usually about $55 and goes up to $100 in the summer months because of the A/C unit. Again, we would split the bill equally.
