Apartment has washer/dryer, dishwasher, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, unlimited high speed internet and television with almost all the streaming services.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet street in St Henri. I make a little garden in the front during the summer, and the neighbours are all very friendly.

It’s a 5 minute walk to St-Henri metro station (orange line) and to the bustling rue Notre Dame. Short distance to Atwater Market, 3 minute drive / 15 minute walk to the MUHC.

I am a 30 year old woman, working in the performing arts. I speak English, French, and am trying and failing to learn Italian. I love to cook, read, and make art.

You will also share the apartment with a 5-pound toy poodle, Marius, who will ask for your attention from time to time.

I mostly work at my office, but usually do Fridays from home, as well as occasional morning meetings. I will host the occasional cocktail party or board-game night with my friends (keeping your schedule in mind). I am very social and love having dinner and a good conversation with my roommate, but I also really value privacy and quality quiet time.
