Looking for quiet, friendly, mature, clean and tidy roommate. No smoking. No pets. No drug use, please, aside from cannabis, and no smoking or vaping inside. Utilities are included (heat, wifi, air-conditioning, laundry, dishwasher). You would have your own bathroom. Ideal for someone transitioning to Ottawa or coming for a short or medium-term stay.
