Rent would be $1300 including hydro, internet and tenant insurance. Underground parking is available for $90 a month.

It is a great location near Yonge and Eglinton with parking available, and is easily accessible to transit with 3 buses that pass within steps to the building. Davisville, Glencairn, Eglinton, Eglinton W and St Clair West stations are all within a 10 minute bus ride.

The bedroom would be furnished with my current roommate’s queen sized bed that is available for sale and the room itself is quite spacious and bright with a large closet that has built in shelves.
