It is a great location near Bathurst and Eglinton with assigned parking available if required, and is easily accessible to transit within a 3 minute walk to the Eglinton crosstown LRT, as well as 5 buses that pass within steps to the building. Davisville, Glencairn, Eglinton, Eglinton W, Bathurst and St Clair West stations are all within a 10-15 minute bus ride.

The bedroom is currently furnished with a queen bed nightstand and dresser, but can be unfurnished if needed. It’s spacious and bright with a large closet that has built in shelves.
