I am looking for room mates. This is a safe progressive household with a live let live civil attitude-no violence home.

UnFurnished Bedrooms on the top floor have carpet There is a shared kitchen with stainless steel appliances with an excellent dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, one each floor. One with a shower and the other is a powder room on the main level The laundry is also shared with two front loading appliances. There is central Heating, Cooling, and a 50 Gallon fast boiling hot water tank. The plumbing is such that there are not major temperature fluctuations when others are using the water supply. Parking is available for an extra fee. Depending on the agreement there may be a surcharge for utilities. High speed ADSL WIFI is included in the price.

I am a middle aged, pleasant, clean-cut guy looking for responsible room mates who want to live in decent spacious living conditions in a private home for a period of time. My initial preferable periods are 6 months but as always I am willing to consider other timelines on a case by case basis. First and last is preferable but for the right the best fit roommate I may have some flexibility or we can work out a mutually reasonable agreement.
