Seeking a roommate for a bright, 2 bedroom 1 bath garden suite in Port Coquitlam. It is available March 1st: $840/month utilities and wifi included. Shared Netflix is an option. In-unit private washer and dryer and plenty of street parking available. Transit is close and runs frequently, and the closest grocery store is less than a 15-minute walk away. Close to Douglas College and Walmart is a short bus ride. The room doesn’t have a closet so there is a large dresser out in the shared space.

About me: I am a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent, Sign Language interpreter who works part-time. As a roommate, I am a friendly introvert. I value open communication and need a clean, welcoming space.

I am looking for a non-male roommate who is tidy, respectful, Covid safe, and a cat person. I have a lovely cat with anxiety so she can be standoffish to strangers. (The unit unfortunately only allows one pet). Also, you must be supportive of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
