The spacious available bedroom (14’ by 12’) is in the basement with it’s own personal closet, ensuite private bathroom and huge rec room.

Kitchen on the main floor will be shared by all 3 parties.

The living area on the main floor will be furnished with a couch and TV. The rent is $1200. All appliances, utilities and internet are included!

Smoking is not permitted indoors - outside is okay. Pets are allowed depending on certain aspects.
