This home has 4 levels that include 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom ( 2 bathrooms on the second floor, 1 powder room on the main floor) and an above the ground basement with fireplace, and a backyard.The home has enough private and shared spaces to be alone or hang out with the other roomies and or friends. Easy access to trails, convenience stores plus other department stores down the street. Minutes drive to glen abbey library , GO station and other grocery stores.

Please because roomate has allergies, no pets allowed .

You will be sharing the house with 2 other roomies, good natured professionals that work full-time, and hybrid. It is generally a quiet place .
