Located in North Park neighbourhood. It’s a townhome. On the smaller side. Not very sound proof unfortunately. Fireplace, electric stove, microwave. the room is on the second floor with lots of natural light. Furnished with double bed, bedside table, lamps, cotton bedding, full size closet and full size mirror. Walking distance to downtown in five minutes, close to lots of bus routes

Full time LPN, she/her, queer, three legged grumpy cat. Mostly eat vegetarian. Vaccinated. Room is able to be rented for as little as a week and up to three months. I know the pictures are horrendous. They are screen shots of a video from a crappy phone but I swear it’s better in person
