Close to the medical clinic. Very close to the canal. One first-floor room (140 sq feet) available and one second-floor room available (125 sq feet). Second floor room has very nice windows. First floor room has bigger closet and mirror closet doors. Price of the room would vary between 650 to 700 depending on which room you’re in. Dm me for videos of the rooms.

Currently looking for two girls (preferably students) to sublet for the summer (may to august). You would be living with two other roommates, Lina and Sofia. They are both 18 and 20 years old respectively and are students. They never throw parties in the house and they don’t smoke.
