Chemin De La Côte-Sainte-Catherine

Hello! We’re searching for a roommate to share a 5 1/2 flat. Starting the 1st of March.

The apartment is located between the Cote de Neiges and Cote Saint Catherine metros. We are close by to a variety of restaurants and bars (there’s really something for everyone!). It’s an area that has really positive energy and multicultural, it is really close to the Mont Royal. The kitchen is half furnished (fridge, stove, and oven included), but the rooms are not.

You will live with Nada, a Moroccan international student who is always singing and cooking “small” delicious meals, and Clara, who is from France in Canada with a working holiday visa, who is always ready for new adventures, activities, and (mostly) food! We speak both English and French (but more often English). We are both working and doing a lot of activities, so we spend a lot of time outside of the house.

We are looking for someone respectful and chill, whose lifestyle matches ours. We want to live in a positive and healthy environment while respecting each other’s private space. We are not especially party people, but we love to have friends over to share drinks or a meal from time to time. We do not smoke in doors, but the balcony is common.
