Scarboro Avenue SW

The house was built in 1906. It features 3 living rooms on the main floor an office, Budgie room, kitchen, breakfast nook. There is an indoor garden off the kitchen where I have a fish pond. Off the garden there is a1600 square foot granite deck I put up an above ground pool in the summer. Great place to have friends over for a barb-b-que On the 2nd floor there are 3 furnished bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet and sink, another bathroom with a tub and shower. In the basement there is a separate half bathroom, laundry room and my bedroom.

Currently there are 3 of us in the house. We are all mature adults. Garry has been here on a month to month basis for 7 months. Mark has been living here for 10 months. We are all different ages but get along great. I have a parrot, a goffin cuckatoo. She is 25 years old. I also have a budgie bird, 2 cats that come to visit from down the street and a few fish. I am a huge lover of pets and nature. None of us smoke, I drink red wine.
