Fourth Avenue

Hi we are renting out one bedroom in our 6 bedroom house room available from May1st. It is a 12 month lease with all utilities included. Room comes furnished wifi included as well as cleaning of the common areas, snow removal and garbage removal. Also maintenance is available 24/7 to help with any issue. House is really close to Carleton located right on bank and fourth avenue. Rent is quite low for the area and everything including groceries stores, restaurants are in walking distance.

there are 6 rooms in the house, 4 of the guys living are in engineering and one is in law. We are hard working, determined people looking for a roomate to fill out the extra room.
