Great room facing the lake, big windows, lots of light. You’d share a bathroom with 1 other female. We have a cute balcony, shared kitchen and living area. Lots of amenities in the building (gym, pool, sauna, movie room, roof top lounge, etc) Loblaws, Shoppers, Starbucks, TD, LCBO and Tim Hortons steps away. Unfortunately no parking. Minutes away to 510 and 509 streetcar, 15 minutes from Union Station. Rent is $900 plus $55 for utilities and wifi. Located at Bathurst and Lakeshore.
