Madison Avenue

The reason why I am moving out from this house is because I am moving in with a friend, but it’s been almost a year I am living here and I really like it. I was so lucky to find this place when I was moving to Toronto. The room is really really spacious and all furnished EXCEPT FOR THE MATTRESS since I bought a new one. The room is on the second floor so it has a big beautiful window that receives some sunlight. There are enough closets and drawers to put everything you need. The area is GREAT and the house is literally 2 minutes from the subway station which is amazing specially during the winter. The street is beautiful and quiet, there is a shoppers and a grocery store close by, some cafes, etc.

The floor is shared with 3 other people, which I thought would be a problem when I moved here because I like my space a lot. However, the house is extremely peaceful, the roommates are very respectful and they usually work during the day so the only time you might see them is at night or early morning. Sometimes I barely see them for days. They are quite clean and of course you are responsible for helping with the maintenance of the house.
