Beautiful three bedroom James Bay townhome w ocean views! Close to everything in the most dreamy location! Enjoy a clean, cozy and welcoming space. The available room has a double size bed, dresser and desk area. In-suite laundry and street parking available.

This room is rented on a month to month basis (with one month notice required for either of us to terminate agreement) I’m open to exploring longer or shorter month to month stays. Ideal for someone busy looking to live in an inviting private room with access to a clean, clearly defined kitchen space and dinning area etc.

No obligation but always open to a board game night from time to time, ocean swim or hike if you feel inclined :)
