Beautiful three bedroom James Bay townhome w ocean views! Close to everything in the most dreamy location! Enjoy a clean, cozy and welcoming space. The available room has a queen size bed, dresser and desk area. In-suite laundry and street parking available. The room is located on a separate floor next to a second spare room that I periodically rent if it’s a good fit for all - your own private bathroom when only one of the rooms is rented otherwise a semi-private bathroom.

This room is rented on a month to month basis (with one month notice) but I’m open to exploring longer or shorter month to month stays. Ideal for someone busy looking to live in an inviting private room with access to a clean, clearly defined kitchen space and dinning area etc.

No obligation but always open to a board game night from time to time, ocean swim or hike if you feel inclined :)
