I have large room in a 3 bedroom apt. The building is in a really convenient location. The spare room that has a TV and couch in it for privacy or gaming if you wish. We also have a large shared living room . The area is situated beside a rec center, pool, and gym plus a major grocery store 1 min away, and many options for food around here. Parks are just just minutes away as well. Parking is close by but can go on a waiting list for the few stalls we have at this building. This building was recently renovated for a modern upgrade Definitely message me if your interested. Bus stop just 1 min away for route 26 UVIC and more!!

I work mon to Fri and travel a lot, and I usually watch sports and game a bit in my room mostly when home. I want you to make this your home as well. I’m pretty chill myself and super easy to get along with. Clean and neat definitely a must.
