2 bedroom apartment located across from downtown in the Garneau area with river river views and south views from the bedroom. Shared bathroom. I have a small, friendly dog. The bedroom is approximately 11x9 feet. The rest of the apartment is furnished with my own belongings but you are welcome to use them without worry. A little disclaimer is that when I am home I spend most of my time in the living room on the tv and I will have priority on the tv only. Otherwise, everything else is free use. I work in law enforcement so I do expect good characters, please.

There is garage parking available for $60 per month, or outdoor parking for $50. Internet and power are separate, otherwise all other utilities are included. This apartment is location a few blocks away from Whyte Ave and is close to the U of A About myself: I am 28, have a career in law enforcement and have a small, quiet dog.

Am looking for a responsible, friendly roommate who also takes cleanliness and organization into consideration.
