Looking for one (1) single, well-maintained professional female to share the house with two (2) other hygienic, good character, single professional ladies that work full-time (hybrid) that can keep the place clean and can co-exist with each other. This lease is for a fully furnished bedroom, along with a shared bathroom for a maximum of 3 months ONLY due to one of the tenants taking an extended leave elsewhere.

This is a spacious home that has four levels (including basement), with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 powder room. Enough privacy and shared spaces to be alone or socialize with others. Easy access to hiking trails. A short drive down to Bronte GO Station and multiple grocery stores in the vicinity.

Note: The shower will be shared with another roommate, but the washroom (powder room) will be private.

Rent excludes utilities (electricity and gas) which would be shared amongst all tenants.
