Hello potential Roomies! The room is in a 1500sq/ft highrise sub-penthouse with an amazing view of the North Shore Mountians. The appartment features 3 bed, 2 bath, laundry, and a spacious kitchen, dining, living room and balcony. You’ll have to share a bathroom but the bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed, night tables, dresser, closet and a desk. Building amenities include a rooftop garden, gym, pool and sauna. The location is very convenient as the skytrain station is literally a 30 second walk away out of the building! Grocery, restaraunts, shops and entertainment are only minutes away. If you have a car secured parkade parking can also be made availabe. The location is also excellent for students as the univercities and most colleges are nearby and easy to access by transit. Also great for people here on IEC visas and we enjoy meeting new people and making more international friends.

Currently there are four people living here, a guy/me, a girl in her early 30s, a girl in the mid 20s and our roomie that will be moving out. The bathroom is shared with the girls. I’m at UBC and I’ll be there 2-5 days a week starting June. The girl is working downtown Vancouver 5 days a week, and the other girl is here on an IEC visa also working downtown. We don’t do drugs, smoke or are into late night partying. We are looking for a roomie with similar values and is also respectful of each others space and schedules. We are intrested in doing things together during our free time, being it going out on an adventure or staying in for a movie/game night. Feel free to contact us if you thing you’ll be a good fit here.
