• Unit: 1 bedroom with private washroom available in a 2bed 2bath condo (on the 43rd floor) in the heart of downtown core (Next to Scotiabank Arena and Union station). 2 minutes walk from Harbourfront and 5 minutes walk to CN Tower and Rogers stadium. Single occupancy only

• Available Date: Available from 15th March (you could potentially move in earlier)

• Price: 1550/- per month excluding Hydro, Wifi and renter’s insurance (Approx 75 extra per person for all 3). Locker room included.

• This is a shared space. You would be sharing this unit with me

• Location: 100 Harbour Street. Core downtown (Next to Scotiabank Arena and Union station)

• Rental Terms: Lease takeover/lease assignment - I have permission from my landlord to assign my flatmate’s tenancy on the same terms. Lease term ends on 1/11/2023 then goes month-to-month

• Additional Information: Hello!! I am in search of a flatmate who is responsible, clean and a nice communicator as my current flatmate is moving closer to his workplace. Please note that this is for single occupancy only and a long term would be preferred. This is one of the prime locations of downtown. You would be at a 3-5 minutes walking distance from CN Tower, rogers Center, harbourfront etc and hundreds of restaurants, cafés and bars. There are a couple of grocery stores just below the building along with coffee shops, LCBO, a food court, Winners, Dollarama and a medical Center. You have the Union station next to the building so extremely transit friendly. There is also a 509 and 510 street car below the building. You can DM me for further information :)
