Dan's room

Looking for a respectful and clean person to sublet my roomates bedroom before he arrives at the start of June. So dates will be from March 11 until the end of May.

Great location on 7th & Blenheim the place is a two bedroom apartment recently renovated with a huge south facing balcony. There is a large kitchen / living room along with a shared bathroom. The room for rent is the smaller room but comfortably fits in a double bed etc.

I have not moved in yet so I do not have photo’s of this room or the furnished place just yet but it will be fully furnished ready for move in and will send photo’s as soon as it is furnished / I have moved in on March 1st.

Rent will be fully inclusive of all bills including fast wifi, in suite laundry and there is loads of street parking.

I am a 31 year old male from the UK I have been in Vancouver since June now.

I am clean and respectful and expect the future roomie to be the same.

My main interests are; travelling, surfing, skiing, rugby, CrossFit & live music.

I tend to be in bed early through the week and love socializing with friends during the weekend.
