New roomie would have their own 3 piece bathroom across from their room with large double sink Quartz stone vanity for extra storage. Responsibility, cleanliness, tidiness, employment or schooling a must have. Room be furnished upon move in with queen size bed, bookcase and a desk area. Exercise room at carpeted basement free to use :). Cleaning chores a must.

For me ..I am very friendly, chilled fairly young guy, i have a smaller puppy he’s a cute little Lhasa Apso who is very friendly aswell loves people. I’m a successful entrepreneur kitchen designer/builder of 25 years, I’m working pretty much 7 days a week I like to stay busy, like to have some fun time to time, staying fit is my thing, spending summer weekends up at my lake house loving the outdoors, very cleanly, try to be tidy, good hearted, pretty carezmatic and great sense of humour :), I’m a father of 2 boys 11 & 13 who stay over some weekends and are very respectful intelligent kids. I hope to find someone who is interested for March 1, 2023.
